No at all – All of our coaching is for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned elite athletes.

We tailor your plan based on your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and available training time to ensure it fits your life – not the other way around.
How do I communicate with my coach?
Communication is typically done through the TrainingPeaks Platform, with face-to-face, email, phone calls and messaging apps support. Regular check-ins are held to review your progress and adjust the plan as needed.
What equipment do I need to get started?
At a minimum, depending on your discipline, you’ll need access to a bike, running shoes, and swimming gear. A computer or smartphone is required to run the TrainingPeaks apps. We can help guide you on additional gear as you progress.
Do you offer support with race selection and planning?
Yes, we help you choose races that align with your goals and available training time, and we’ll guide you through the preparation process.
Can you help with nutrition and recovery strategies?
Absolutely – nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery are key elements of our holistic coaching approach.
